I applied for their Mud Engineering division. I did pass their first round interview i.e. telephone interview but it seems I didn't make the grades which is a bit dumb because I should have been screened before I should have gone through any interviews!
So much for efficiency and not to mention 8 months of waiting!
However, I don't believe it's the race. Shell is quite fair.

Why? which position r u into? do u thk if they prefer the malays to wrk for them instead of ........... i wonder :p
