Once again, this is my first attempt in making a pie. Fish pie. I have always liked fish and hey, why not try something. The fish pie has cod and salmon in it though it's not in the recipe. I followed Rick Stein's. It turned out to be quite nice. I reckon of squeezing a lemon juice would give it a nice tangy taste. I always like mine slightly tangy. All in all, it took me about 3 1/2 hours to prepare this and hmmmmmmm. Will only do it for big parties now. Hahahaha.
The cream sauce with the eggs, cod and salmon(all bedded in the sauce).
With the mash potatoes.
I forgot to take the finished pie. Was too hungry and immediately dug into it. :P
